Metallic epoxy flooring for Pittsburgh interiors
Create flowing color and depth across a concrete floor with a metallic epoxy design. Bear Design works with you on the palette, movement and finish before choosing a system for your basement, living area or other suitable interior.
A design made in place
Metallic pigments produce movement as the resin is worked across the surface. Each installation varies; a photograph or sample helps communicate direction but cannot promise an identical pattern. Bring examples of colors you like and photos of the room, wall finishes and lighting.

Gloss, sheen and everyday care
A reflective floor changes appearance with lighting and viewing angle. Discuss gloss or lower-sheen finish options, expected traffic and traction before the coating system is specified. We explain cleaning and maintenance for the products used on your project.
The slab sets the starting point
Old adhesives, paint and existing overlays affect the preparation scope. We evaluate the surface, moisture considerations and repairs before installation. Mechanical preparation is part of building a suitable foundation; decorative resin does not correct a moving or unsound substrate.
Budget and project planning
Metallic floors start at $12.50 per square foot, with final cost based on condition, repairs, design and topcoat. Send floor dimensions, room photos and desired timing for an estimate. We can discuss access, furniture removal and cure time when we review the space.
